Staff Experience: Xann is a co-admin for the site Duibheagàn Dorcha (Xann made the name xD) She is a mod on Translucence and Ember & Diamond. She doesn't know if this should go here, but she has helped settle disputes on other sites involving members, and has made lots of suggestions on ways to help a board reach its full potential.
Why you want this position: Xann is very helpful and polite and is never biased (Always a plus xD) She can get on very well with most members, and well with all the rest. xD She is a great role-player, so has the ability of helping members if they are struggling to get nice posts.

Never forget that Xann is known to EVERYONE as Xan or Bloo Cheese. xD}
